Can you AFFORD not to TRUST your agent to ALWAYS do the right thing by you? Everyday, agents have the opportunity to manipulate the outcome of situations. Before appointing an agent make sure you are engaging someone who will put YOUR needs first, not their own. An agent that you can TRUST, absolutely and explicitly. Failure to do so will undoubtably COST a great deal more than just be an unpleasant experience. You’ll want to be remembering the process for all of the RIGHT reasons and none of the WRONG ones.
